To test begin by washing and drying your vehicle as normal,when you are finished cover your hand with a plastic sandwich bag and gently rub your index and middle finger if the paint feels like sandpaper then you have a real problem on your hands,the gritty spots you can feel through the plastic bag are tell tall signs of contamination and can be removed with claybarring.
